A British man has been charged in a multi-countelong case over alleged sexual abuse of a man at his New South Wales home.
The man, whose name is Steve Marder, has been charged with three counts of illegal sexual abuse in connection with the case of the man, aged 50, at Marder’s house. He is now under investigation.
Marder, aged 19, was arrested for the sexual abuse of a young woman and for selling unapproved sex drugs. He was charged with three counts of illegal sexual abuse in connection with his relationship with the woman, under investigation.
Marder is also being held in the New South Wales state prison without parole, as he did not meet the statutory requirements for committing a sexually dependent offence. His case has now been reviewed by a judge.
Marder was born in Nansworth, Nansworth, New South Wales, but grew up on Marder’s own farm. The man is now living in the UK.

Marder was arrested after a search of his house, where he has been staying. His arrest took place in October 2022 when he was arrested in his home in Nansworth, NSW.
Police found the man, whose name is on the search warrant, in a bedroom on an empty night. When they searched Marder’s bedroom, they found two condoms, one that he had placed in a box and another condom that he had placed in a box, which they seized.
Marder was booked into the New South Wales state prison without parole. The case has been reviewed by the NSW police.
Marder is currently being investigated by the New South Wales Police for an alleged breach of the sexual-abuse statute. In August, NSW police executed a search warrant at his home.

France’s health ministry said a total of more than 1,300 pills had been seized, but customs officials said the drug was not available for sale in France.
The ministry said the pills had been confiscated in the US but France is unsure if they are available for sale.
